The corner lot on Belmont Ave. and Schenck Ave. has been vacant for a number of years and, according to YIMBY, it looks like a 3 story residential building will be built on that land. HPD (Dept of Housing Preservation and Development) is listed as the owner.
The development, located at 581 Belmont Ave., looks like it will be 3 stories and will contain 16 units, all designated for residential and no commercial.
