Lou Belisario is a third-generation Brooklyn real estate broker and has closed over $1 billion in real estate transactions over the course of his almost 20 year career, touching every single neighborhood in Brooklyn. He previously served as executive director of sales for 12 years at Fillmore Real Estate before moving to Compass in 2018.
Joe Cruz received his real estate license on his 18th birthday and went on to found his own real estate company, Urban Realty at just 21 years old, where he oversaw 50 agents across two offices. He ran the company on his own for nine years before merging into Town Residential, then transitioning to Compass. He has successfully completed over 5,000 rental transactions throughout his career.
Both Belisario and Cruz are licensed contractors and partners in the construction company My Beautiful Home Designs; they’re also real estate developers and co-own B2C Development. The launch of Revived Residential will coincide with the New Development and Commercial divisions, offering additional avenues of service to their clients.
