East New York @ Spring Creek (Starrett City)– The highly anticipated 2025 Starrett Cup Judo Tournament is set to take over Brooklyn on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Hosted by Legros Sports, this premier judo competition will bring together competitors from across the country for a day of intense matches, skillful technique, and community spirit. The event will take place at the Brooklyn Sports Club, located at 1540 Van Siclen Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11239.
“The Starrett Cup is more than just a judo tournament—it’s an incredible opportunity for young athletes to challenge themselves, build confidence, and showcase their hard work. Events like this are vital for strengthening our community, bringing families together, and inspiring the next generation to stay focused and disciplined. I’m proud to be part of something that has such a positive impact on both the athletes and the Brooklyn community.” stated Duane Frankson, Tournament Volunteer.
