Development in East New York conitnues, as the lots at 518-523 Belmont Avenue, have been designated (via permits) for a residential project. According to YIMBY, permits are up for a new residential project to be built on those vacant lots.
The project is said to consist of supportive housing in conjunction with the New York City Department of Housing and Preservation’s Supportive Housing Loan Program.
