DEADLINE to Apply is April 19, 2021, but do not wait.  Owning a home is a process so you will need as much time as possible to go through the process.  These are Homes for Sale through the NYC Lottery.  These are not rentals.  EastNewYork.com is simply providing the information.  If you have further questions follow the links below and you will see phone numbers and emails for more information.

Each Home has a Contemporary Design with Energy Efficient Features, Washer/Dryer Hook Up, Separate Utilities for Rental Units. A 5% minimum down payment provides an affordable opportunity to many First-time Buyers.*

    Good afternoon,

I am interested in applying for the housing lottery. I have been trying to register through the website, but have been successful. Please I am really proud interest in getting into the lottery.

How do you get on the community board because 50 percent of all homes go to board members, everytime. Each time you apply another 50 percent gets first choices. How many people are board members? This system is and always will be flawed. It’s who you know and who you can pay off. I’ve been applying for years and no response.

Affordable that is a joke. Who could really afford those homes? Unbelievable! Get real folks! I want to be able to sleep at night and not worry about a mortgage and expenses to sustain a home especially of that caliber in these times. Good luck!
