The Fountain Seaview applications are available and can be printed through the link below. The application is simple and must be mailed directly to the owners of the development. The mailing address is in the link below as well. The owners state in their Cover Letter that “Applications are selected randomly through a lottery. Depending on the volume of applications received, it may not be possible for all of them to be processed.”

Hoping all is well during this time. My question is can people who are interested in applying for the housing program is it to late to submit an application? On the site it stated that the dead December 28, 2020 . However, I currently reside in Canarsie and there are a few people I know that would like to apply only if Progressive Management of New York are currently excepting applicates. Thank you in advance and I look forward in hearing from someone soon.
