Development in East New York continues with the development of a 12 unit building.

According to YIMBY, a proposed development of a four-story apartment building will replace the current home at 44 Euclid Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Jamaica Avenue and Etna Street, the interior lot is two blocks west of the Cypress Hills subway station, serviced by the J train. Eran Malka of MLBS Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot tall development will yield 12,046 square feet, with 9,180 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 765 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 72-foot long rear yard.
