Posted By NYC Newswire

There’s an empty lot at 503 New Jersey Avenue, between Dumont and Blake. That lot will be turned into a brand new four-story residential building. The lot is two blocks from the Pennsylvania Avenue subway station.

According to NewYorkYimby Hooman Moirzadeh under the 503 New Jersey Avenue 5 Properties LLC is listed as the owner of the lot.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 5,317 square feet, with 4,253 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 607 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
