The opportunity, as announced on NYC Newswire, is available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery, with a deadline to apply of December 29, 2025.

New all-electric building with full amenities

2425 Pacific Street is a modern, all-electric, Green Building–designed development combining affordable and supportive housing under one roof. Sixty percent of the units are designated as supportive housing for formerly homeless or disabled residents referred through NYC agencies, while the remaining 40% of apartments are open to the general public via lottery.

Residents will have access to:

  • Computer and reading room

  • Outdoor landscaped patio and children’s play area
  • High-speed internet access for all tenants (up to 150 Mbps)

The property sits near Pitkin Avenue, with easy access to retail, banking, and other daily services. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including electric stove and A/C usage. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.

Part of NYC’s affordable and supportive housing effort

The development is part of the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Supportive Housing Loan Program and Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program. Supportive housing units provide permanent affordable housing with on-site services for vulnerable populations, while the remaining units are made available to income-eligible households through a public lottery.

There are no application fees or deposits required.
